Content Operations
You have the ideas and the budget. What's missing is the system.
I build it, hand it over running, and make sure your team has everything they need to keep it going without you in the middle of every decision.
Strategy & Audit
If your content isn't doing what it should, this finds out why. I look at what you have, where it's falling short, and give you a clear plan for what to fix first.
No generic recommendations. Just an honest diagnosis and a strategy your team can act on.
I help fintech, regtech and cybersecurity teams build better content systems using bullet-proof strategy to drive exceptional results

Most content tells Google what you do. An AI seeding blog tells AI systems (i.e. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) what to say about you. It’s highly targeted and very specific, which is why shorter content tends to do the job well. I write and structure these pieces to shape how AI overviews describe your company, product or service, so when a potential client asks an AI tool about your space, it’s your company name and ideal framing that shows up.
Process:
We align on the prompts, positioning and conversations you want to influence
You send over existing messaging, ICP docs or targeting research
I write focused AI visibility content around those themes
Each piece includes suggested Reddit and Quora distribution opportunities
Word Count: 800 (recommended)
Format: SEO blog article + suggested distribution prompts
What’s Included: targeted and branded answer to specific prompt, alongside suggestions for relevant reddit and Quora conversations to seed the content into.
What’s Not Included: keyword research and strategic insight on which prompts to target (if you need this, see Audit and Strategy). Content distribution. No revisions are included.
Ideal for: Fintech and regtech founders who want to influence how AI tools describe their product or service category. Especially useful if you're in a crowded space where AI overviews currently favour your competitors.

An in-depth guide is a classic longform blog piece written to properly explain a topic, answer a specific question or help your audience understand a problem in more depth. These pieces are typically top-of-funnel, designed to build trust, provide genuine value and position your brand as a knowledgeable voice in the space.
Unlike thought leadership or SME-led content, these pieces usually don’t require expert interviews and are grounded in strong research, clear structure and strategic search intent.
Process:
We align on the topic, search intent and audience pain point
You provide any existing messaging, priorities or internal notes
I create a well-researched, search-optimised longform guide tailored to your ICP
You review the draft and request any revisions
Word Count: 1,500–2,500 (recommended)
Format: Longform SEO blog article
What’s Included: Well-researched and valuable guide, blog or article matching the brief provided, search optimised and written for your ICP. Including first draft and up to one round of revisions.
What’s Not Included: Strategic insight including content priorities, ICP, keyword research or topic choice. Use the template to fill out the brief.
Ideal for: New, startup and emerging brands in the financial industry without foundational content. Or, more mature fintech and regtech brands that want to counter objections or answer frequently asked questions in a strategic way.

These are structured, interview-led pieces designed to tell a story. Whether it’s unpacking a client result, walking through how your product works in practice, or positioning your solution against competitors in the market, these pieces are written to build trust and support conversion.
Unlike top-of-funnel content, these assets are typically closer to the point of decision-making and can often double as sales collateral for your internal team.
Process:
We align on the angle, objective and core story
I interview your internal SME and, where possible, the client involved
I create a structured narrative draft tailored to your audience and goals
You review the draft and request any revisions before final approval
Word Count: 1,000–2,000 (recommended)
Format: Interview-led narrative
What’s Included: Interview-led, structured narrative content built around your existing results, product workflows or positioning angle. Includes SME interview(s), draft delivery and one revision round. Client interviews are highly recommended where possible, although a supporting quote can also work.
What’s Not Included: Results measurement or impact analysis. Any statistics, performance metrics or comparative claims should be provided by your team. Image creation is also not included, though CTA-focused visuals can be added separately if required.
Ideal for: Fintech and regtech teams with strong customer outcomes, product workflows or competitive differentiators that need turning into credible, conversion-focused content.
Investment starts from £800

An expert-led piece built around a conversation with someone inside your business (e.g. your CTO, Head of Compliance or Founder). The result is a genuinely informed article grounded in original insights and internal expertise, rather than a generic take on an industry topic.
These pieces work particularly well for building authority, differentiating your perspective in crowded markets and giving your sales team stronger conversation-starting content to share with prospects.
Process:
You provide the brief and topic direction
I interview your internal subject matter expert
I write the article around the insights and expertise shared
You review the draft and request any edits before approval
Word Count: 1,200–1,500 (recommended)
Format: SME interview-led article
What’s Included: An interview-led article built around your internal expertise, including SME interview, draft delivery and up to one round of revisions.
What’s Not Included: Strategy, topic development or thought leadership creation without SME involvement. These pieces rely heavily on access to the right internal expert and strong original insights from your team.
Ideal for: Teams with strong internal expertise that isn’t making it onto the page. Particularly useful if your team has a unique perspective, strong opinions or industry insights that competitors aren’t talking about.
Investment starts from £1,000

As a bespoke service provider, I can provide you with a custom quote after learning more about your needs. Clients typically spend between £1200 and £3500 per month working with me.

Yes, in fact I insist that every new project starts with a small paid trial. This gives both parties the opportunity to see what it’s like to work together, and whether it’s a good fit for both sides.

I love to get fully involved where I can, and having strategic insights makes it much easier to come up with the most relevant ideas. However, I’m paid to be productive, so if you simply need me to get my head down and start writing, that’s exactly what I’ll do.

I’m looking for three key alignments when working with potential new clients:
Communication style: I love feedback, especially when we’re just getting to know each other. It takes the guesswork out of everything and enables us both to move forward with confidence.
Strategic alignment: I see the vision, believe in your strategy and can get behind the work you’d like to do (if you’re looking for a small one off blog, for example, we probably won’t be a good fit)
Respect: do you value my time as much as I value yours? Is feedback delivered constructively and are you able to proactively schedule SME calls or will I be left with a bottleneck?

Many of my clients have developed their own AI programs and I’m familiar with many of the back end technologies that power them. As such, I have lots of experience writing about AI.
However, it’s not part of my writing process itself, as I believe in creating original content, which AI is not currently capable of doing. Instead, I rely on insights derived from conversations with your internal team members; salespeople, customer service team members and product managers to craft a strong original narrative into every piece.
Not sure where to start? Let’s talk.
We’ll figure out the best way to support your team.
